Please take 10 minutes to look at the attached video.  It's a powerful  safety behaviours  message presented in very good and straight to the point format. There are some very relevant messages about the importance of stop-and-think and about near-miss reporting.  It makes a good point that unsafe behaviours are a form of gambling. It also explains a safety pyramid in a very simple and dramatic way.
